Annular cutter is a high-efficient drilling cutter with multi-edge annular cut. The diameter of the cutter ranges from 12mm to 150mm. The product is mainly used to process the hole of steel component, such as steel structure project, railway traffic, bridging, shipbuilding, machine manufacture, aviation and space light. The hole drilling performance of annular cutter is much better than the traditional twist drill with two cutting edges. According to the material, we can divide the annular cutter into two types : one is HSS annular cutter, and another is TCT annular cutter. The HSS annular cutter has good stability and regrinding character. It is the most used one. The TCT annular cutter has relative high cutting speed. Meanwhile, it can achieve good drilling performance for complicated material.
